In this article, we will guide you on how to change the terminal ID in the POS application:
From the screen where a purchase can be started, tap the arrow in the lower right corner. | |
Press on the "Configuration" button. | |
Scroll to the bottom of the menu, and press on "Terminal ID". | |
Replace the terminal ID by using the keypad, or the on-screen keyboard. Confirm by pressing on "Ok" |

When changed, the app will automatically preform a host logon operation. Wait for the process to complete. |
Tip 1#: If the parameter download fails, the terminal instead goes to "Terminal menu". Additionally, if printers are available, a printout appears confirming that the download failed.
Tip 2#: Exit the setting menu upon successful logon. In the event that it has failed, verify the settings once more, it might have been a typo, or a network distribution.
STANDALONE
In this article, we will guide you on how to change the terminal ID in the POS application:
Starting from the transaction screen, press on "MORE".

Press the corresponding number on the pinpad to select "Terminal setup menu".

Press the corresponding number on the pinpad to select "Terminal parameters". |

Choose "Change" or "Accept": |

Enter your desired terminal ID:

Press on the red key on the keypad to exit after obtaining the new terminal ID. |
