Terminal report management

In this article we will guide on how to access and review the reports of the terminal.

X-Report: The X Report provides real-time snapshots of a terminal's transactions and activities, which can be generated multiple times without affecting the system totals.
Z-Report: The Z-Report is the final summary of all transactions since the previous Z-Report. Now all totals are reset and the next period can begin.

 From the screen where a purchase can be started, tap the arrow in the lower right corner.

Press on the "Reports menu" button.

In the "Reports" menu, there are 3 menu options:

  • Transaction list
  • Daily sales (X-Report) 
  • Daily sales (Z-Report)

Transaction list

To edit the date, press on the pencil icon on the right to the date field.
Select the desired date, press "OK", and then "Print report".

Daily sales (X-Report)

In the "Transaction Summary" menu, press on the pencil icon on the right to the date field. 
Select the desired date, press "OK", and then "Print report".

Daily sales (Z-Report)

In the "Transaction Summary" menu, press "Print report".

STANDALONE

In this article we will guide on how to access and review the reports of the terminal.

X-Report: The X Report provides real-time snapshots of a terminal's transactions and activities, which can be generated multiple times without affecting the system totals.
Z-Report: The Z-Report is the final summary of all transactions since the previous Z-Report. Now all totals are reset and the next period can begin.
Starting from the transaction screen, press on "MORE".
Press on the corresponding number on the pinpad to select "Reports".

In the "Reports" menu's first screen, there are 3 menu options:

  • Since last report (Z-Report) 
  • Current day (X-Report)
  • Select date 

Press on "MORE", to access the 4th menu option: "Configuration", where the sales day's starting hour can be configured.

 

Press on the corresponding number of the desired option, then follow the guide from the relevant section.

Since last report 

Press on the corresponding number to "Since last report", to review the purchases, refunds, and total amount of transactions made since the last report.

  • Press on "PRINT SUMMARY", to print the info presented on the screen. 
  • Press on "PRINT REPORT", to print a full transaction report.

Current day

Press on the corresponding number to "Current day", to review the purchases, refunds, and total amount of transactions made today.

  • Press on "PRINT SUMMARY", to print the info presented on the screen. 
  • Press on "PRINT REPORT", to print a full transaction report.

Select date

Press on the corresponding number of "Select date", to review the purchases, refunds, and total amount of transactions made on a specific date.

  • Press on the arrows to the left and right to adjust the date.
  • Press "OK" to continue to the selected date.
  • Press on "Cancel" to return to the previous "Reports" menu.

Configuration

Press on the corresponding number of "Configuration", to change the starting hour of the sales day.

The hour presented is the current configured starting time of the sales day.

  • Press on "CHANGE", to configure the sales day starting time. 
  • Press on "ACCEPT", to return to the previous "Reports" menu.
