How to Access Accessibility Settings

Open the System Functions menu on the terminal.

Scroll down and select Accessibility Settings.
Available Accessibility Features
Magnifier
- The Magnifier feature enlarges content on the screen to make it easier to read.
- Enable Magnifier from the Accessibility menu.
- To use it, press and hold your finger on the screen.
- The area beneath your finger will be magnified for improved visibility.
How to operate the screen magnifier
Text-to-Speech
The Text-to-Speech feature reads aloud the user interface elements displayed on the screen.
- Enable Text-to-Speech from the Accessibility menu.
- When enabled, the terminal will announce screen elements and controls through the built-in speaker.
- The speech volume can be adjusted within the menu.
Voice Guidance
Voice Guidance provides step-by-step spoken instructions to help cardholders complete transactions.
- Enable Voice Guidance from the Accessibility menu.
- The terminal will play dedicated audio prompts explaining how to interact with each screen during a transaction.
- Voice Guidance is only active when personal headphones are connected to the terminal’s audio jack.
- This ensures that audio instructions remain private and are only heard by the cardholder.
- The guidance volume can be adjusted independently from other audio settings.
