The Westpay partner or reseller must at all times maintain a complete list of up-to-date POI devices. This list must include the following:
- Model: the terminal model and type as described by Westpay
- Device serial number: Found on the label on the terminal and it's transportation box.
- Device location: Where is the current location of the terminal
- Inbound date: The date when you received the terminal from Westpay
- Date of installation: The date when you installed the terminal or resold the terminal to a partner/merchant.
