- Users can now rely on the red “Back” button to navigate properly on all C20
terminals, regardless of firmware version (ID: 35216).
Features
Support for Offline BankAxept Authorizations
- Terminals can now authorize BankAxept transactions Offline when needed.
Previously, Offline authorization was restricted in earlier PA versions. This update
restores the ability to process BankAxept transactions locally if online
authorization is unavailable (ID: 40816).
Improvements
Red Button Navigation Restored on C20 Terminals
- A navigation issue on C20 terminals caused the physical red “Back” button to stop working after the new firmware changes. The Payment Application has been updated to support both the old and new back-button commands, ensuring proper navigation across all screens. (ID: 35216)
Improved Handling of Online Refunds
- Terminals configured for Online Refunds will now process only transactions that can be authorized online. Offline refund authorization is no longer permitted when this configuration is active (ID: 41665).
Fixes
Automatic Reversal for Early Card Removal
- Fixed an issue where removing the card before transaction completion caused unbalanced reports (ID: 42539/41468).
