Klarna serves as an alternative payment option in Swipe2Pay. This guide will help you learn how to integrate Swish as another alternative payment method.

If you're unsure whether Klarna is supported by your terminal as an alternative payment option, please get in touch with Westpay, your POS system provider or any other partner associated with Westpay.
Instructions
Follow these steps to utilize Klarna:
- Contact Westpay. You might need to provide the following details:
Required agreement; Klarna Payments with In Store (not KCO) - Company Name
- Estimated Yearly Klarna Volume
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Segment (type of products you sell)
- Markets (SE)
- Org Number
- Authorized signer's name and email
- Contact information (if Westpay will be contacting Klarna on your behalf)
2.Sign the agreement with Klarna. Once underwriting and KYC are complete, Klarna will email you the setup details.
3.Log into the Klarna Merchant portal using the provided information.
4.Generate new API keys for Klarna by going to "Settings" and selecting "Klarna API Keys."
To securely exchange the required information with Westpay Sales Admin, you'll need to provide the following details;
- Your Klarna Username (UID) and password.
- Terminal ID(s) that will be using Klarna.
Once you've shared this information, Westpay Sales Admin will take care of the setup process for you;
- They will configure your terminals to seamlessly integrate with Klarna.
- You'll receive a notification from them when everything is set up and ready to go.
