Follow this article to find out how to change the address via Access:
Open the customer page in access. Scroll down to the "About your company" section. |
Change the "Address", "Postal code", "City", and "Country" fields as needed. |
At the top of the page, a red banner appears on the top of the page, press "Submit". |

Keep in mind: Once the request has been submitted, the form will be locked while it is being processed. Only one change request per customer can be processed at a time.
