In this article, we will guide on how can you enable, or disable the signature feature in Access.
Keep in mind: In the European Economic Area (EEA), many card issuers have stopped supporting the signature option. However, by enabling this feature on your terminal, the card will determine whenever or not the signature can be used as a verification method.

Open the customer page in access. Scroll down to the "Your default terminal preferences" section. |
Locate the "Do you want to enable signature?" field. Press on the arrow ▼, and select "Yes", or "No" in the drop down menu. |
At the top of the page, a red banner appears on the top of the page, press "Submit". |
If you have any additional information that our team should take into consideration, please feel free to add it here, next:
- Press "Submit" to send in the change request.
- Press "Cancel" to scrap the change request.
Press "Ok" on the confirmed submission window.
Keep in mind: Once the request has been submitted, the form will be locked while it is being processed (handling time varies). Only one change request per customer can be processed at a time.
