In this article we will guide you on how to successfully login to our administration portal: Access
1. Navigate to the Westpay Access
| Open up your preferred internet browser and navigate to https://access.westpay.se |
Good to know: The only supported web-browsers are: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge.
Please, follow best practice and make sure to keep the browser fully updated with the latest security patches.
2. Open up the Access account email
| Open up the mail containing the user credentials you have been given. Copy the password from the mail by right clicking and select copy or by using the keys ctrl + c on the keyboard. Make sure not to copy any blank spaces before or after the password. |
Please note that this password is generated and can not manually be altered or viewed by anyone at West. Make sure to store the password somewhere safe.
3. Enter your credentials
| Now enter your email address as username and paste the password in the password field that you copied in step 2 and press the Sign in button |
If you followed above instruction then you should have successfully logged in to the Access portal.
