In this article we will guide you on how to retrieve the daily code in our administration portal: Access.
Good to know: The portal is a partner tool that Westpay grants access to after a signed agreement. It is therefore not always available to everyone.
1. Log in to Access

2. Enter the terminal's view
In the menu on the left, navigate to "Terminals"->"My Terminals". |
3. Locate the the "Get update code" button
| On the upper-right side of the page, locate the "Get update code" button, click on it. Afterwards, a green confirmation pop-up will appear above the button, stating the email address the code was sent to. |
4. Retrieve the daily code
| You will now receive an email containing the daily code. |
